At Knox Safe Custody, our Size D Safe Deposit Box offers a versatile mid-range solution for clients needing additional height and width to store a broader selection of valuables. Situated within our climate-controlled, purpose-built facility in Houghton, Johannesburg, each box includes R1 million cover at no extra cost. You can increase it to R5 million.

This size is well-suited for items such as:

• Larger jewellery boxes, watch collections, or vintage cases
• Multiple A4 folders, property records, legal binders, or corporate archives
• Collectibles such as graded coins, certificates, family heirlooms, or memorabilia
• Secure digital storage devices, external drives, and organised backup kits

Size D is ideal for clients who want the flexibility to store a variety of categories — from investment metals to family documents — in one private, fully insured space. It combines everyday accessibility with the discretion, security, and professional support that define the Knox vault experience.
