Delivery and Returns
Insured Delivery:
We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and securely. Our delivery process includes full insurance for peace of mind.
- Shipping Details: Please double-check that your delivery address is correct when placing an order. Once the parcel reaches your nominated address, the responsibility for the item transfers to you.
- Payment Confirmation: Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared and confirmed by our bank.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are determined by your location and distance from our Houghton facility. All charges include insurance and will be clearly communicated before your transaction is finalised.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location and service availability.
- Split Shipments: To ensure timely fulfilment, your order may be delivered in multiple packages. You’ll be notified if this is the case.
- Undeliverable Packages: In the rare event that a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you directly to arrange re-delivery.
- In-Person Collection: If you choose to collect your item from Knox directly, responsibility for the item transfers to you upon handover at our facility.
Refunds/Returns Policy:
Bullions
- We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all bullion purchases, except in cases of damage.
- If you believe your item is damaged, you may return it to Knox in its original packaging within 10 calendar days of purchase. Please include a written explanation detailing the issue.
- If the item is deemed damaged by our team, we’ll gladly exchange it for a suitable replacement. However, we do not offer cash refunds.
- Should you no longer wish to keep your bullion, Knox does offer a competitive buy-back service. Reach out to us to enquire about pricing and process.
Safe Deposit Boxes
- Safe deposit box services are offered on a contractual basis.
- Once your contractual period ends, no further charges will apply. Standard terms and conditions are applicable.
